KK Meiwa (Japan) was originally established in 1932 in Osaka, Japan. It operates the business in rubber industry in order to supply the products to the industrial group in Japan such as machinery, seal hydraulic, backhoe, excavator, tractor, forklift industries, etc. Once KK Meiwa became well-known and widely accepted in Japan, it began to expand to Indonesia, in 1995, under the company name of PT Meiwa. This expansion was to support the increasing demand of Meiwa® products in Asian and Western countries. With its rapid growth of demand, it continued to expand a branch in Thailand. Meiwa® was firstly instituted in Thailand in 2002. For over a decade, our executives foresaw that Thailand would be developing to be one of the leading manufacturer countries, with its adequacy of manpower and raw materials. Moreover, production in Thailand can lower the cost, however, we make sure that our products remain at their best quality standard as in Japan, but with more reasonable price. We can also shorten the production and delivery lead time which leads to quicker distribution, in order to meet customers’ demand and highest satisfaction. In 2012, we decided to rebrand our products in Thailand known as Meiwa Seal International Co., Ltd. to reach more international and local customers.
Our executives of Meiwa Seal International Co., Ltd. foresaw the potential and skills of Thai artisans which is very meticulous and exquisite. We apply the business know-how from our headquarter in Japan to be used in Thailand. So, Thai industries and neighborhood countries get to use materials with higher quality but lower cost, to be able to survive in present economic crisis. Our goal is to put Meiwa® products at the top range of seal industry in Thailand and become the very first choice, as well as our headquarter in Japan.
We are one of few manufacturers in Thailand which obtain ISO9002 standard with equivalent standard to imported products from Japan. Producing the products in Thailand can cut off the freight period of time. We apparently have our own CNC machine (Lathe Machine) and rubber injection molding machine. The engineer from our headquarter in Japan assure the quality in every procedure from raw materials to finished products. We can guarantee that our customers will get to use products with great quality, reasonable price and in time.
Our technical team is the expert of seal o-ring. We can offer the advices of instructions and proper storage in order to maintain Meiwa® products quality to their best potential.
